       这款风机可非标定制耐高温、防腐、防爆等！因此客户在选型阶段要确认清楚使用工矿！机壳材质：吸料风机采用*度压铸铝，压铸铝与奔驰汽车轮毅相同铝材，相对于普通铝合金来说，压铸铝更坚固，相对于铁壳风机，更有轻量化的作用。电机性能：吸料风机采用中国台湾电机，电机是一款宽频，宽压电机，电机频率可45-75HZ调频，IP55防护等级 F级绝缘等级，其是国内电机达不到的工艺，深受国内外客户青睐。

    高效率、低能耗旋涡风机在高压力范围有较保守的设计，可靠性高旋涡风机除叶轮外，无其它动件，并采用世界NSK,SKF高速轴承，更能保证风机工作，寿命几乎免维修；低震动旋涡风机的机械精密度高，回转部件均经过CNC加工中心加工，极精密之平衡设计、测试、校正、震动率很低；低噪音旋涡风机进出风口皆有内藏式消声器，降低运转噪音；结构坚固旋涡风机采用ANDC12压铸铝性压铸而成，有别于一般铝壳或铁壳之风机，更坚固耐用。

1、风机设置时应避开多灰、腐蚀性气体、大湿度、太阳直射及风吹雨淋的环境，风机周围地面应保持整洁。风机配套电动机对周围环境要求较高。往往会应为上述原因而降低其性能，故应特别注意。

1. When setting up the fan, it should avoid environments with high dust, corrosive gases, high humidity, direct sunlight, and wind and rain. The ground around the fan should be kept clean. The matching motor of the fan has high requirements for the surrounding environment. Often, its performance may be reduced due to the aforementioned reasons, so special attention should be paid.

2、风机设置在室内时.房屋的结构应较为宽敞，且留有足够宽、高的门，便于风机的移动和运输。

3、风机周围须留有足够的空间，以便在风机运转时.人员能白由走动，并且能满足日常维护保养的需要。

4、大型风机的安装地点.皮考虑留有可放置上机壳、转子、进气箱、调节门等配件以及能进行配、拆卸、维修等作业的空间。风机采用带传动，还需考虑电动机找正及更换带轮的空间。

5、在确定风机的布局时.不仅要考虑风机本身的安装空间，还需预留进出口管路、阀类、原动机的布线、供油装置、冷却装置以及油和水的连接管路的布置空间.

6、在同一地点设置多台风机时.应充分考虑风机间的相互间隔、布局等、避免风机运行时产生相互影响.

7、对于大型、较重的风机.应装备有吊车、电葫芦等起吊装置;中小型风机根据其用途，如叶轮需要经常更换等，亦满配备一般的起吊装置。
